The process of password’s restoration also takes place very quickly - visitors do not need to answer any questions and it is enough to enter only the user’s e-mail. If this e-mail is actually registered in the system, an email will with a link by passing which the user will have to enter a new password.
The Service Desk provides an opportunity to establish contact between users of the web service and the support department (if any is present) quickly, most conveniently, and is intuitive understandable. A visitor can create "tickets", in which describe appeared with the service work problems. Each "ticket" has an unique identifier, which facilitates its search by the user or technical support staff to discuss problems pointed out in it. The user and the technical support expert may also discuss encountered problems in real time through the means of the service (without Skype) - text or video-conference.
